Fix Your Mouthpiece Shank Quickly and Easily!

This repair set includes an engraved brass repair sleeve that has been precision-machined to match the taper of your mouthpiece shank—while preventing the shank from protruding completely through. This ensures fast, professional-quality repairs without flaring, stretching, or creating an oblong shank.

The included Mouthpiece Shank Repair Tool is made from 303 stainless steel and is tapered to fit mouthpieces from tuba all the way down to French horn. The redesigned tip provides better access for smaller French horn shanks and helps correct the occasional “fold-over” caused by drops or impacts.

For best results, use with a Delrin, plastic, or rawhide hammer (our Delrin Dent/General Use Hammer is sold separately). This protects the tool surface while delivering clean, precise truing.
